End of the 2017 Water Run for Alta Irrigation District

Dinuba, CA – Alta Irrigation District’s 2017 water run will end Friday, October 6 as remaining water behind Pine Flat Dam is needed for environmental purposes on the Kings River and other prior commitments.  As flows slowly diminish in ditches and canals, please refrain from taking that water as it will be used to establish a baseline value for the existing recharge capacity of the system (in-channel and at existing basins) without diversions.
