Per the Rules and Regulations governing the distribution of water and maintenance of system:
Rule #11
Requests for turning on, increasing or decreasing water deliveries shall be made to the ditchtender at least 2 days in advance. Requests for turing off water deliveries requires at least a 1 day advance notice to allow the ditchtender ample time schedule water deliveries effectively. Landowners who fail to giver proper notice will be charged to midnight of the day the ditchtender is made aware of the change.
